Lets first analyze what happened when you dial your customer care you want to directly talk to customer care representative and you want to cut out the crap that you have to listen and press the corresponding keys on your phone to go forward.\

So when you dial number, +12345678, followed by “p” character, which means pause. The “p character will pause the dial sequence for 1 second“. If you find 1 second is not enough, you can enter more “p” characters

Codes of Samsung FWS are to be understood.

Below is a description of how the codes of Samsung FWS are to be understood.

Take, for example S5230 XX IF 5 this means Samsung S5230, region, Western Europe, June 2009, Revision 5
• S5230 = model name
• XX = region code (for units with branding, this is the network code)
• IF = year (I) / month (F), release date of the firmware
• 5 = Revision

Revision:

First elected 1-9. The higher the revision, the more recent is the firmware. If there is insufficient 1-9, because there were more than 10 inspections in one month, then the number will be replaced by a letter. Example:
